JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 555 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Case is under Section 498A IPC and learned counsel for both the parties have appeared and petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with him and the complainant is also ready to reside with the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below by 7.3.2019 and on that day the complainant shall also appear and petitioner will take her to his house and in such situation the petitioner shall be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78341 of 2018(3) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 on provisional bail for a period of six months and during that period the conduct of the petitioner and complainant shall be looked into by the court below by calling them in the first week of each month. Once after being satisfied with the conduct of both the parties, the court below shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise the court may pass any other order(s) as it may deem fit and proper.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
