JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.05.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the I.P.C.

It is alleged that motorcycle of the informant was stolen.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and petitioner was arrested on suspicion and thereafter his confession was obtained by the police.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one.

Considering the fact that petitioner's involvement is solely based on the confession before the police,
