The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 837 of 2021 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. Further submission is that the specific allegation is against co-accused Manmohan Kumar. No specific allegation against the petitioner. He also submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
