Taking into consideration that recovery of country made pistol was made from the house of the petitioner and not from his conscious possession and furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 388 of 2014.
