Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2020 and seeks bail in connection with Madanpur P. S. Case No.05 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386 and 387 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report, but in course of investigation, several persons were arrested and their confessional statements were recorded. The name of petitioner came in confessional statements of above stated persons and, thereafter, the confessional statement of petitioner was also recorded. It appears that except the aforesaid materials,

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.
