2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, the petitioner made fake video viral and also misbehaved with the employees of the informant and used filthy language after entering into the office of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner along with his mother who is member of Zila Parishad came at the Block Office for social work with local persons but at the time no officer was present during the working hour of office. He further submits that when the informant came to know about the present incident, she

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34142 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 lodged the case against the petitioner with false and concocted story of making the video viral. He submits that the petitioner is the son of Member of Zila Parishad and there is no role to play of such alleged incident. He further submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023.
