2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 76 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Sections 75 and 79 of the Children Protection Act.

3. Three girls were recovered from the orchestra group being managed by the petitioner. It has further been alleged that the girls were sent to different places for dance and singing and they were not allowed to go to their home.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-7th-cum Special Judge, POSCO Act, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025.
