The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 384 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons came and demanded Rs.1,00,000/-.They

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute, the petitioners have falsely been implicated. The informant was not medically examined by any doctor. The petitioners are in jail since 27.8.2014. Considering the facts and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners have already remained in jail for five months, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara) P.S.
