On appearance of the opposite party no. 2 the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Reconciliation Center vide order dated 09.05.2019. The report of Mediator is available on record at Flag "M" which disclosed that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon them. ,which is attached with the mediator's report. It appears from the terms of the agreement that both the parties agreed to live separately on the condition that petitioner shall pay Rs. 3,50,000/ to the opposite party no. 2 in six installments, five installments of Rs. 60,000/- and the last instalment of Rs. 50,000/-, within a period of 6 months.

It is also made clear that after payment of agreed amount

Having heard both sides, considering the above facts and circumstances, as stated above, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.05.2019 is extended for six months and during that period the petitioner has to comply the direction of the terms and conditions as mentioned in the memorandum of agreement. The payment as mentioned in the agreement is paid, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed. It is also expected to both the parties that they will abide by the terms and conditions of the said agreement.

Let a copy of Mediator's report along with terms of agreement be sent to the court concerned for needful. With the aforesaid observations, this application is disposed of.
