2. The present M.J.C. petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceeding against the members of the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1486 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that a showcause has been filed by the Circle Officer, Bihta, Patna stating therein that the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 24.07.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1486 of 2023 has been complied with

Patna High Court MJC No.1603 of 2024(4) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 and by a reasoned and speaking order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the Circle Officer, Bihta, Patna as contained in Annexure B to the Show-Cause, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

4. In response thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though Circle Officer, Bihta Patna has filed the show-cause but as per the petitioner, his grievance has not been redressed as yet.

5. In this view of the matter, the present M.J.C. application is hereby disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that if he is still aggrieved with the order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the Circle Officer, Bihta Patna as contained in Annexure-B to the show-cause, he may challenge the same in appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
