Case No.191 of 2014 instituted under Section414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that the petitioner is merely a vendor. Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Ashok Kumar Singh, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Shayamal Kumar, learned J.M. 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.191 of 2014.
