The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 622 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 152, 188, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 337, 338, 427, 441, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Damage to Public Property Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he was also a member of the mob which was protesting against the sand policy of the Government and had blocked the road after burning tyres. It is submitted that similarly situated persons have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the learned coordinate Bench of this court vide Annexure '2' & '3' with this

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner submits that there are general and omnibus allegation, however, petitioner has clean antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 622 of 2017, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
