The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 797 of 2013 arising out of Kanti P.S. Case No. 306 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307 and 379G/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier by order dated 06. 03. 2014 prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 3556 of 2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected. However, lower court is directed to expedite the trial.
