Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 24.04.2023 passed by the learned 19th Additional Sessions, Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Session Trial No. 708 of 2022 arising out of Kargahar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2022 whereby and whereunder the application of the petitioner for discharge u/s 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was rejected.
