2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 508 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2),74, 109, 3(5) of BNS, 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is of causing assault to the informant and his family members by means of lathi, danda, garasa and iron rod. It is specifically alleged that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31801 of 2025(2) dt.22-05-2025 2/3 co-accused Lalu Yadav has assaulted the son of the informant by means of butt of the rifle over his head due to which he sustained grievous injury. There are further allegations against other co-accused persons.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners taking this Court through the FIR has submitted that the FIR has been instituted in the backdrop of land dispute; moreover the injuries which have allegedly been sustained to the informant and others, all of them have been found to be simple, except one sustained to Rajiv Yadav, which is attributed to co-accused Lalu Yadav. There is omnibus allegation against all the accused persons, 22 in number. Moreover, on the alleged date of occurrence, both the parties have entered into a free fight resulting into injuries to persons of both the sides. The petitioner nos. 2, 3 5 and 6 have fair antecedent, whereas petitioner nos. 1, 4, 7 and 8 carry one criminal antecedent, however they are on bail.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that the petitioners, by making unlawful assembly, created a ruckus and assaulted the informant and others.

Considering the omnibus nature of allegation against the petitioners and the simple nature of injury as also the genesis of occurrence, let the petitioners abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Nawada in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 508 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioners.
