The petitioner seeks bail in Karpi (Sahar Telpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The police arrested the petitioner and took his confessional statement. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement there is no other material to show the involvement of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9055 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi (Sahar Telpa O.P.) P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013.
