JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners happen to be mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law and the case is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and only allegation against petitioner No.1 is that she used to take bath her in night. Further submission is that the statement of brother of deceased itself shows that she committed suicide.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubJudge-X-cum-ACJM, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
