The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.59 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant and his son by means of iron rod causing injuries to them. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides sustained injuries. It is

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that the injuries are simple in nature, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S.
