Altogether four persons sustained injury in the alleged occurrence and later on, one injured person, namely, Maheshwar Yadav died in course of his treatment. The injury report of aforesaid injured, Maheshwar Yadav reveals that only one injury was found on his head but it is not specific in the first information report who is author of the said injury. So far as rest injured are concerned, they sustained simple injury. Moreover, after ten days of the alleged occurrence, one counter case was also lodged against the prosecution party.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11799 of 2015 (3) dt.06-07-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 230 of 2014.
