2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that while the informant was proceeding to his house from his shop, as he reached between Nandanpur and Sitapatti, four miscreants stopped him and they snatched his bike bearing Registration No. BR28AB2610. It is further alleged that accused persons snatched purse in which Voter ID, PAN card, AADHAR card, driving license, ATM and Rs.1500/- was there along with one mobile from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case was lodged against unknown miscreants. The name of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31600 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused persons namely, Gabbu Miya and Afzal Ansari. It has also been submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is having criminal antecedent of three cases and it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to his antecedent, his name has been framed in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Vijayipur P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj.
