2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Penal Code. He is said to have forcibly abducted the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage but was recovered in the morning of the occurrence itself. Medical examination of the victim girl does not conclusively establish that she was raped. Petitioner is in jail custody from the date of occurrence itself.

3. In the circumstances, petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 310/14.
