The petitioner is custody since 24.01.2015 in connection with Chauradano P.S. Case No. 114/14 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are own brothers and there is land dispute between them.
