JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2019 This application has been filed against the order dated 10.06.2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Banka, in Misc. Case No. 108 of 2012, Trial No. 86 of 2016, by which, the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.3000/- per month to the opposite party no.2 for her maintenance and for maintenance of her two children.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has no objection in paying the amount to the opposite party no.2 and her children, but he wants to keep them with dignity and care and as such, a chance may be given for reconciliation between the parties. Heard learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 also. Having heard both sides, in view of the above stated facts, this revision application is disposed of, without interfering with the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.817 of 2016(4) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 impugned order dated 10.06.2016, with a direction to the petitioner to file such an application before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Banka, who will notice the opposite party no.2, applicant in this case and after her appearance, he will take steps for reconciliation between the parties and accordingly pass an appropriate order on application filed by the petitioner.
