Petitioner, mother-in-law of the deceased is seeking bail in a case under Sections 498(A), 302/34 of the Penal Code registered in connection with murder of her daughter-in-law but it is submitted with reference to the averments made in the written report that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against all the members of the family and others including Dilkeshwar Sao, with whose wife husband of the deceased is said to have illicit connection. In case, husband of the deceased is in jail custody, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
