JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that over and above the allegation is that the petitioner and others were found armed variously, there is no allegation against the petitioner. He has submitted that in similar circumstance other co accused, namely, Bachchu Yadav @ Bachhu Yadav has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1847 of 2015.

No.9429 of 2015 (2) dt.04-03-2015 In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. Gandhi, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist, Class, Banka in connection with Katoriya (Jaipur) P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014.
