The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S.Case No. 163 of 2013, registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail was earlier rejected on 22nd January, 2014, in Cr.Misc.No. 3010 of 2014 with the following observation:

" However, the Court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible and preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be

It has been contended that though the petitioner is in custody since 30-5-2013, but till date only one witness has been examined on behalf of the prosecution during trial. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 163 of 2013.
