The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395, 397, 323, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Vide order dated 02.06.2020, bail of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 13574 of 2020 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has been framed against the petitioner as annexed at Annexure-3 of the bail application.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32033 of 2020(2) dt.02-12-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-IV, Madhepura in connection with S.T. No. 46 of 2020 arising out of Madhepura Police Station Case No. 1019 of 2019.
