Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for J.C. to S.C. 11. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2021 (G.R. No. 421 of 2021) lodged under Sections 272 and 273 of the I.P.C. read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act- 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 17.05.2022, provisional bail was granted to the petitioner in which 4 conditions were there. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is complying all such conditions. Learned Standing Counsel 11 submits that vide order dated 24.06.2022, 12 weeks time was granted to the State to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42557 of 2021(13) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 ensure the compliance of the order. He submits that the said order has been complied and report has been submitted which is Memo. No. 1285 dated 15.05.2022.

In the present facts and circumstances of the case mentioned above, the bail petition of the petitioner is hereby confirmed. The report submitted by the State is accepted and this case is disposed off.
