The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 136 of the Electricity Act was added.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Except the confessional statement of the petitioner and Amjad, the police did not collect any further evidence. The petitioner is in jail since 30.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha,
