The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the mother of the petitioner was allotted fund under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna-Gramin (PAMY-G) but the fund was released to another person having similar name. The issue raised in the present application requires factual enquiry and therefore, the Court deems it fit and proper that appropriate enquiry may be made in the instant case.
Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Araria to cause an enquiry through his agency to ascertain the veracity of the allegation levelled by the petitioner and if it is found that instead
Patna High Court CWJC No.11212 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 of mother of the petitioner the fund was released in favour other having similar name, the District Magistrate, Araria shall take appropriate corrective measures so that the benefit must reach to the genuine applicant. Necessary with regard to the same must be taken by the respondents within a period of four months after the general parliamentary election.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
