JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 171, 399, 402 of the I.P.C.

From the Scorpio vehicle four persons including the petitioner were apprehended while two accused managed to escape. From the said vehicle one ample sedative and syringe with niddle, cheque H.D.F.C Bank and dress of C.R.P.F were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is not from possession of the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9573 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 813 of 2014.
