Following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application on behalf of the petitioner: (i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus or/any/other appropriate writ/order/direction, after quashing the order issued under Memo No. Sa 542, Patna, dated 15-02-2016 by respondent No. 6 whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been terminated from service with immediate effect,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5691 of 2016 (4) dt.24-07-2018 with further direction to petitioner to deposit the amount of salary etc. he received during service period, in one time, within a month and for commanding the respondents-authorities to allow this petitioner to continue as teacher of the school of his posting and also to make payment of current as well as arrear of salary and for grant of any other suitable relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled to in the eye of law. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Patna within a period of thirty days from the date of order and the same shall be disposed of by the District Appellate Authority, Patna within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
