The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018, dated 24.07.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79762 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 withdrawn.

In case, such a petition is filed before the Court below within a period of fifteen days from today, the Court below shall take into account that the petitioner is a lady, that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and that one of the accused persons, viz., Geeta Devi, who is similarly situated to that of the petitioner, has been granted regular bail and, thereafter, shall pass orders in accordance with the law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail application has not been entertained by this Court.
