This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022 registered under section 341, 323, 379, 324, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2023 and petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant's brother.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34230 of 2023(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022.
