The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2012 (G.R. No. 1400 of 2012) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. However, only material against the petitioner is that mobile phone of the deceased has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and his confession before the police. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 02.08.2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2012 ( G.R. No. 1400 of 2012). m.p.
