JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the I.P.C and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

On information that miscreants are preparing to commit offence, raid was laid when four persons including the petitioner were apprehended. From the possession of Chandan Kumar and Anil Kumar one country made pistol and two live cartridges from each the accused were recovered. Though nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and coaccused Amarjeet Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 7904 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13924 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 379 of 2014.
