2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 485 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have assaulted the informant and his family members. The involvement of the petitioner has come during investigation. His presence has been found because of tower location.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 08.12.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby dismissed.
