The petitioner seeks bail in Balia P.S. Case No. 329/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The police raided the house of the petitioner in search of Balram Singh. Balram Singh happens to be brother-in-law of the petitioner. One motor cycle bearing registration no. BR-01BQ3849 was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner disclosed that one Mukesh Kumar had kept the motor cycle in his house.

Considering the facts aforesaid that for recovery of a motor cycle the petitioner is in jail since 16.09.2014 and the fact
