Informant, father alleged that after marriage deceased, Darshani Kumari was subjected to cruelty in order to facilitate demand of dowry whereupon he took her to his place where she was residing and on 03.03.2014, petitioner took her away to his place. Then thereafter, there happens to be disclosure that on 06.03.2014, while she was subjected to physical assault, she informed the same over mobile. Furthermore, her existence has been eliminated.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there happens to be omnibus allegation. So, he be enlarged on bail. While the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed.
There happens to be specific disclosure that on 03.03.2014 while the deceased was staying at her Naihar,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8236 of 2015 (03) dt.27-04-2015 petitioner, husband took her away and then, on 06.03.2014 while she was staying at her Sasural, she eliminated. That being so, as well as considering status of the petitioner, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer of petitioner for regular bail is rejected.
