JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is seeking bail in Azimabad P.S.Case No., 32 of 2008 (S.Tr. No. 155 of 2014) for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur, Ara. There is direct allegation against the petitioner. This court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
