Accusation against the petitioner is to cause head injury to Nunu Devi, sister of the informant through iron rod. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the occurrence took place due to land dispute in which prosecution party and the petitioner, his father and mother also sustained injury regarding which Complaint Case No. 1903 of 2014 was also lodged by the father of the petitioner in the Court of learned C.J.M. Samastipur. It is also submitted that Nunu Devi, sister of the informant and others have also filed the compromise petition on 07.01.2015. It is further submitted that petitioner, having no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46821 of 2014 (3) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 criminal antecedent, is in custody since 13.09.2014. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 195 of 2014.
