Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)(b)(c)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of both the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 09.04.2019.

Petitioner no. 2 Anil Yadav has got no criminal antecedent, hence, let him, be released on bail after submission of the charge-sheet and petitioner no. 1 Subodh Yadav has got identical criminal antecedent, hence, let him be released only if the trial is not concluded within a period of six

No.32497 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 months from the date of framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Silao Police Station Case No. 29 of 2019 with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
