Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner and he could be remanded in this case in the year 2014, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial no. 708/2014 arising out of Thakaraha (Bhitaha) P.S. case no. 41/2003 pending in the court of the Addl. Sessions Judge II, Bagaha District West Champaran stands rejected.
