JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners is of kidnapping of minor daughter of the informant and she is still traceless.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner No.1 is a teacher and, as a matter of fact, there was love affair between son of the petitioners and daughter of the informant and for that they have falsely been implicated and further petitioner No.1 has to appear in an examination. Heard learned APP also.
