Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dt. 05.10.2012 the learned District & Sessions Judge in Revision No. 02 of 2011 directed the Eviction Suit to be concluded within a period of six months. Despite specific order of 08.10.2012 the suit has yet not been disposed of. As per submission, the evidence of plaintiff has already been concluded and the case is running in the evidence of the defendants. The order dt. 08.10.2012 shows that the learned

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.147 of 2021(2) dt.23-11-2021 2/2 District Judge has issued Confidential Letter No.79 dt. 06.10.2012 directing the trial court to dispose of the suit within a period of six (6) months but surprisingly after nine (9) years, it has not been concluded.

The trial court is directed to hear the case on day to day basis and dispose of the same within a period of two months.

With these observations, this Civil Misc. Petition is being disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para 2 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
