It transpires to Court that at present total Rs.2,52,000/- are due against the petitioner as he is entitled to pay Rs.3000/- as monthly installment with effect from 09.08.2016.

Principal Judge, Family Court, Banka is directed to realize the arrears and current amount of maintenance in the light of Sarfaraj Alam @ Md. Sarfaraj Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2023 (1) PLJR 756.
