The learned counsel for the appellant was directed to file fresh typed copy of certified copy of the decree but the said order has not been complied with. Earlier also by order dated 06.03.2017 the learned counsel for the appellant was directed to file the same but the same is not being complied with. No one is present on behalf of the appellant. It reveals that the appellant has lost interest in this appeal resulting no one is complying the said order and further no one is turning up.
