JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 25.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the informant's ATM card was robbed by the miscreants when informant had to disclose PIN code under the threat, subsequently, the accused persons withdrew Rs. 20,000/- by using robbed ATM card of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused Pankaj. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11082 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Lahariasarai P.S. Case No. 544 of 2014.
