This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Wazirganj Police Station Case No. 147 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 80 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the Apache bike of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.
