2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that impugned order itself shows that mother of the victim did not supported the occurrence whereas according to F.I.R., she accompained her daughter (the victim). He has further

He has also submitted that after realising the real fact, the parties have compromised the case. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. He is under custody since14.07.2023.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J-6-cumSpeical Judge, POCSO Act, Purnea in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023, with condition that the petitioner shall cooperated with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
